Ciudad Juarez, Mexico (February 2, 2015) – Grand Rapids, Michigan-based provider of electronic manufacturing services (EMS), Firstronic, LLC, has recently won a contract for the provision of the production, test and repair of PCBA’s to a major Far East-based Ciudad Juarez television manufacturer and electronics assembler that services the North American market from its longstanding operations on the US-Mexico border. Firstronic, LLC will supply its customer mass produced main board PCBAs.

Firstronic will service its Ciudad Juarez television manufacturer client from its 70,000 square foot industrial facility that is located in the same city. In addition to servicing its new customer, Firstronic has the know-how and capacity to produce components and assemblies for items such as electronic ignition control units for lawn and garden equipment, fuel pump controllers, electronic shifters and seat actuators. Within the next several months Firstronic’s management projects the installation of a total of seven SMT lines and the growth of its workforce to two hundred individuals.
