Mexican payroll and benefits management in Mexico made easy

Time and Attendance Administration: Worker hours are recorded by our bio-metrically or card key activated electronic time and attendance systems that accurately log workers’ hours and other pertinent time and attendance information. This makes payroll timely and accurate.
Weekly payroll preparation: Tecma shelter program employees are paid on a weekly basis. Pay is distributed through electronic transfers. Workers receive their money conveniently at ATMs. The use of this electronic payment system eliminates the need to prepare checks.
Overtime calculations: In Mexico, overtime must be paid at twice the hourly rate of pay. If overtime extends beyond nine hours per week, the overtime beyond nine hours is paid at triple time. We do all the calculations.
Worker benefit calculation and payments: To ensure and secure your legal compliance, we pay benefits that are mandated for Mexican workers. These include Social Security (IMSS), the National Housing Fund (Infonavit), and the Retirement Savings Fund (SAR).
